Location of Sipoonkorpi National Park in Finland
Southern Finland, Uusimaa Region
Municipality of Sipoo (www.sipoo.fi) and Towns of  Vantaa (www.vantaa.fi), Helsinki (www.hel.fi)
Area 18,57 sq.km. Established in 2011.
The area is managed by Metsähallitus.

Sipoonkorpi Nature Reserve is one of the few large connected forest areas left near the Helsinki metropolis area. The Sipoonkorpi National Park provides a habitat for almost eighty endangered and near threatened species. It also has diverse recreational grounds which attract many visitors. The heritage landscape and the forests surrounding it in the Byabäcken River Valley are located on the northeast edge of Sipoonkorpi. One of many interesting things in the area to see is traditional southern Finnish farm lands.
